The Norwegian Soloists’ Choir wanted a short version of “Laughing my head off / Singing your heart in” to include in their Jukebox school tour. In their Jukebox, a handful of audience members can experience a vocal quartet inside a caravan, choosing music from a “menu.” “Ler så jeg griner” joined the school tour organized by Kulturtanken.

This piece is a small “bonsai version” of the larger work – everything is included, but in a miniature form. It can be performed with just one singer per part, but it also works with a larger group.
